Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Heat oil in large skillet over med to med-low. Add onion, cook 10 min or til soft and browned. Add sugar, barbecue sauce, and vinegar.
- Cook 30 seconds or til liquid evaporates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
