Ingredients
- 6 oz. crushed pineapple
- 8 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 c. walnuts, crushed
- celery
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice.
- Combine pineapple and cream cheese, thinning as needed with reserved juice.
- Add walnuts and mix well.
- Rinse celery well and cut off bottoms, but leaving the leafy tops.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into groove of celery stalks.
