Ingredients
- 12 cup margarine (1/4 lb)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 grated lemon, rind of
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- fruit, of your choice chopped large
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add the lemon stuff.
- Add the dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Grease a 9" round cake pan.
- Pour in batter.
- Top with fruit.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
