Ingredients
- 1 large can sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Drain liquid from potatoes; set aside.
- Empty potatoes in medium size mixing bowl.
- In separate bowl, add brown sugar and maple syrup.
- Mix with mixer until creamy.
- Add nuts and 1/2 cup of potato liquid.
- Put potatoes in greased pan and pour liquid over them.
- Bake at 350° about 45 minutes until knife comes out clean from center.
