Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Whole Wheat Linguine Noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Butter
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced Into One Inch Pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Yoshidas Original Gourmet Marinade
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Canola Or Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped

Method

  • Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Boil linguine noodles according to package directions while you start on the other ingredients.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Add in diced chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 10 minutes).
  • Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, add in the garlic, paprika and marinade sauce.
  • Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a small skillet, add in the oil and saute the onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent (about 10 minutes).
  • Add the pepper and onion to chicken and marinade mixture.
  • Stir to combine.
  • When noodles are done boiling, drain and place into individual bowls.
  • Top with chicken/ marinade sauce!
