Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add water and taco seasoning. Lay crescent rolls in bottom of pie pan (ungreased); press to form a crust.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of tortilla chips on top of crust, followed by beef mixture, sour cream, cheese, then remaining chips on top.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Top with taco sauce, if desired.
