Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots

Method

  • Brown ground beef with chopped onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Combine soup and milk in bowl; mix well.
  • Fold in green beans.
  • Stir in ground beef mixture.
  • Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with French fried onions.
  • Arrange single layer of Tater Tots over casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • Yield: 8 servings.
