Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Method
- Brown ground beef with chopped onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine soup and milk in bowl; mix well.
- Fold in green beans.
- Stir in ground beef mixture.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Top with French fried onions.
- Arrange single layer of Tater Tots over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Yield: 8 servings.
