Ingredients
- 150 grams Plain cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Tempura crumbs
- 1/2 tablesppon Sakura shrimp - tiny dried shrimp
- 3 grams Shio-kombu
- 3 leaves Green shiso leaves
- 2 grams Bonito flakes
- 1 Sesame seeds
Method
- Cut the shiso into thin strips.
- Mix all ingredients with warm rice.
- Finished.
