Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened*
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 16 to 20 chiles poblanos or chiles anchos, roasted, peeled, seeded
- BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
Method
- Mix cream cheese and shredded cheeses.
- Stuff chiles with cheese mixture.
- Fry or bake as directed in your favorite stuffed chiles recipe.
- Top with sour cream and your favorite sauce.
