Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna
  • 1 c. onions, minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. celery, minced fine
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables
  • 1 can bean sprouts

Method

  • Saute/fry onions in butter.
  • Add in salt, pepper and warm water.
  • Cover and cook for 5 min.
  • Add in vegetables and bean sprouts.
  • Heat well.
  • Combine and add in thickening.
  • Stir lightly and cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve over Chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice.
