Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna
- 1 c. onions, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. celery, minced fine
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can bean sprouts
Method
- Saute/fry onions in butter.
- Add in salt, pepper and warm water.
- Cover and cook for 5 min.
- Add in vegetables and bean sprouts.
- Heat well.
- Combine and add in thickening.
- Stir lightly and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve over Chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice.
