Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Tony's seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. lemon salt
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
Method
- Mix this in a pint jar and fill with about 3/4 jar of hot water. Stir or shake up every day about 3 or 4 times a day for 3 or 4 days. Then strain it and inject it into the turkey. Melt butter and inject into turkey. Pour some of the butter over the turkey.
