Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Grease a baking dish.
- Chop onion and add mixed vegetables and cheese.
- Add mayonnaise and mix together.
- Put in baking dish. Crush crackers and add melted margarine on top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
