Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked as directed and drained well
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Method
- Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of mixture.
- Top with the crushed crackers, mixed with the margarine.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
