Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. rotini (uncooked)
- 4 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 large sweet red pepper, julienne sliced
- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 1 1/2 c. Italian dressing
Method
- Cook rotini according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain.
- Rinse in cold water and drain.
- Add broccoli and remaining ingredients, tossing well.
- Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Serves 25.
