Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O brand gelatin (raspberry, cherry or strawberry flavor)
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Pour boiling water into blender container.
  • Add gelatin and blend at low speed until dissolved about 1 minute.
  • Combine and add water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
  • Add to gelatin and stir until ice is melted, then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
  • Chill in dessert glasses or bowl until set, about 1 hour.
  • Makes 5 servings (35 calories per serving).
