Ingredients

  • 14-16 sheets graham crackers
  • 1 cup packed Brown sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Method

  • Arrange crackers touching side by side in a single layer.
  • Breaking some if need be to fit.
  • In a 11x15" baking sheet ( jelly roll pan).
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees .Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan.
  • Heat butter & Brown sugar over medium high heat until combined and melted.Continue cooking until mixture reaches a boil.
  • Stirring constantly boil for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour over Graham Crackers.
  • Spread mixture evenly over crackers.Bake 6-7 minutes or until butter mixture is bubbly.
  • Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top.let sit for s couple minutes until chocolate is melted then use a spoon to spread as much as you like over the top.Sprinkle nuts ( or your desired topping) over melted chocolate.
  • Let sit 2 hours.
  • Then cut them.
  • Enjoy.
