Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix (do not substitute)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Melt margarine.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350° oven.
- Serves 10 to 12.
