Ingredients
- 1/2 kg fresh shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Method
- Dredge shrimps in flour.
- Put the shrimps in hot cooking oil and toss until becomes pink.
- Drain.
- Combine the white wine, tomato paste and water into the drained olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for few minutes.
- Add sauted shrimps, parsley and spring onions.
- Let it boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice.
- Serve hot.
