Ingredients
- 5 large apples, peeled and quartered
- 1 can (10 count) biscuits
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 stick margarine
- apple pie spice or cinnamon
Method
- Pull each biscuit apart and roll out in flour.
- Wrap biscuit around a piece of apple and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Use all the biscuits and apples, this will make 20.
- In a pan, melt margarine, sugar and water.
- Pour over apples.
- Sprinkle with apple pie spice or cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- You can serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
