Ingredients

  • 5 large apples, peeled and quartered
  • 1 can (10 count) biscuits
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • apple pie spice or cinnamon

Method

  • Pull each biscuit apart and roll out in flour.
  • Wrap biscuit around a piece of apple and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Use all the biscuits and apples, this will make 20.
  • In a pan, melt margarine, sugar and water.
  • Pour over apples.
  • Sprinkle with apple pie spice or cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • You can serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
