Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 (No. 2) can asparagus spears, drained
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (5 oz.) glass Kraft Old English cheese
Method
- Put 3/4 crumbs and 1 stick melted butter together and pat into bottom of dish.
- Drain asparagus and place on top.
- Heat last 4 ingredients until smooth and it makes a sauce.
- Pour over asparagus and put remaining crumbs on top.
- Bake at 450° for 12 minutes.
