Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/3 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope dream whip
  • 1/2 cup COLD milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 can of favourite pie filling (cherry)

Method

  • Mix butter, graham wafer crumbs and sugar. Press into pan.
  • Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Cool
  • Beat 1 envelope of dream whip with a little less than 1/2 cup COLD milk. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Continue beating 2 minutes while adding 250 g of cream cheese (cut in chunks).
  • Pour on top of cooled crust. Top with canned cherry pie filling.
  • Allow to mellow for a few hours before serving.
