Ingredients
- fresh or frozen green beans
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- garlic powder
- seasoning salt
- diced onions
- salt and pepper
- bacon grease
Method
- Saute onions and fry bacon.
- Set bacon aside.
- Cook green beans and onions.
- Add seasonings to taste.
- Add bacon.
- Leave approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon grease in pan so beans don't stick and to flavor.
- Do not overcook beans.
- Leave a little crunchy but done.
