Ingredients
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans, drained
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
Method
- Mix all ingredients in crock-pot.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours or on high setting for 3 hours.
- Serves 6 to 8.
- (Makes 1 1/2-quarts.)
