Ingredients
- 8 cabbage leaves
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. ground chuck (or hamburg)
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Drop cabbage leaves into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Mix rice with hamburg, onion and chili sauce. Place on cabbage leaves; roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Arrange in a buttered baking dish.
