Ingredients

  • 3 catfish fillets (1-1/2 lb.), cut in half
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Classic Four Cheese Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 serrano chile, stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, cut into 6 slices

Method

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Moisten fish with water.
  • Add, 1 piece at a time, to FRESH TAKE bag; lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of fish.
  • (Fish will not be completely coated.)
  • Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake 20 min.
  • or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except avocados.
  • Serve fish topped with cucumber mixture and avocados.
