- 2 Chikuwa
- 1 tbsp Corn kernels
- 1 tsp Aonori
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cheese (I used shreded type)
- Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise and crosswise to make 8 pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Spoon the Step 2 mixture onto the chikuwa from Step 1, and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes, then it's done.
