Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Flounder fillets
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt and Pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425F. Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Then combine the grated parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, and the melted butter into a small mixing bowl, stir together. Next sprinkle this mixture onto each side of the flounder fillet add salt and paper to taste, repeat until all fillets are coated. Then place the flounder fillets into the baking dish. Cover the fillets evenly with the remaining parmesan, panko, butter mixture over the fillets. Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and the flounder is cooked through.
