Ingredients
- 12 tortillas
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 small can chilies, chopped
Method
- Fry tortillas until soft in small amount of oil; drain on paper towels.
- Put strips of cheese and chilies in center of tortillas.
- Roll up tortillas.
- Place 1 layer deep in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
