Ingredients
- 4 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- 2 cup Water
- 1 cup Oil for deep frying
Method
- Stif flour, salt and baking powder add enough water to make a soft dough
- Knead for about ten minutes then let it rise for 1 hour
- Cut in pieces and roll each pieces five to six inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
- Fry in hot oil, turn once and fry until golden brown
