Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Salted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cups Oats

Method

  • Mash bananas and add cinnamon.
  • In a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, milk, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Mix baking soda, salt, self-raising flour and oats. Pour bananas into the bowl and mix well. Add to the batter and mix.
  • Cook pancakes using a nonstick pan, in 1/4 cup portions.
