Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Salted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cups Oats
Method
- Mash bananas and add cinnamon.
- In a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, milk, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
- Mix baking soda, salt, self-raising flour and oats. Pour bananas into the bowl and mix well. Add to the batter and mix.
- Cook pancakes using a nonstick pan, in 1/4 cup portions.
