Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. mashed ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Combine sugar, cream cheese and margarine.
- Mix at medium speed until well blended.
- Blend in bananas and eggs.
- Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing until just moistened.
- Fold in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
