Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. fryer
- barbecue sauce
Method
- Cut fryer up.
- Place in baking dish with a small amount of water to keep chicken from drying out.
- Cook about 20 minutes at 325°.
- Turn over and cook about 20 minutes more.
- Remove from pan and dip in sauce.
- Put back in oven and cook about 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
- Baking time may vary, depending on chicken.
