- 12 piece tofu, cubed
- 3 large prawns, sliced
- 3 pieces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 pieces water chestnuts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 12 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 12 teaspoon light soya sauce
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 stalk parsley
Method
- 1.
- Put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and leave aside for about 15 minutes.
- 2.
- In a non-stick pan, add some vegetable oil and pan fry the marinated Mix for about 2 minutes.
- 3.
- Add in the beaten eggs till cooked.
- Flip twice.
- 4.
- Add parsley for garnishing.
