Ingredients

  • 12 piece tofu, cubed
  • 3 large prawns, sliced
  • 3 pieces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 pieces water chestnuts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 12 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 12 teaspoon light soya sauce
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 stalk parsley

Method

  • 1.
  • Put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and leave aside for about 15 minutes.

  • In a non-stick pan, add some vegetable oil and pan fry the marinated Mix for about 2 minutes.

  • Add in the beaten eggs till cooked.
  • Flip twice.

  • Add parsley for garnishing.
