Ingredients
- 2 cans green beans, drained or 4 c. fresh
- 5 slices bacon, cut fine
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Brown bacon slightly, add onion and fry until crisp.
- Add sugar and ketchup; simmer 20 minutes.
- Put beans in casserole.
- Top with sauce.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
