Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef cubes
- 12 canned potatoes
- 2 green peppers, sliced into 12 pieces
- 1 (16 oz.) plastic bottle Italian dressing
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 3 medium onions, quartered
Method
- Marinate beef and vegetables for at least 2 hours.
- (Use a plastic Ziploc bag or plastic bowl with lid.
- Keep cold in cooler.)
- Alternate items on toasting stick.
- Cook over the coals until done.
