- 4 lb. loin back ribs*
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Lace ribs on spit accordian style and secure with holding forks.
- Adjust on rotisserie above drip pan.
- Let ribs rotate over slow coals.
