Ingredients

  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic

Method

  • Drain and rinse all the beans and place them in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together the oil and seasonings, then mix well with the beans.
  • Voila!
  • You have bean salad!
  • This is a super versatile dish.
  • Sometime I add a bag of frozen veggies and add taco seasoning, then serve with tortilla chips.
  • You can use whatever beans you wish, but I find the more beans you use, the better the flavor variety of the salad.
  • You can also use whatever kind of oil you like.
  • Add more or less, depending on how many beans youve used.
  • Im really not sure if this is 10 servings or not, I just throw it all in until it looks like enough to feed everyone.
