Ingredients
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
Method
- Drain and rinse all the beans and place them in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the oil and seasonings, then mix well with the beans.
- Voila!
- You have bean salad!
- This is a super versatile dish.
- Sometime I add a bag of frozen veggies and add taco seasoning, then serve with tortilla chips.
- You can use whatever beans you wish, but I find the more beans you use, the better the flavor variety of the salad.
- You can also use whatever kind of oil you like.
- Add more or less, depending on how many beans youve used.
- Im really not sure if this is 10 servings or not, I just throw it all in until it looks like enough to feed everyone.
