Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- salt and pepper
- shredded cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef, pepper and onion until tender; drain and set aside.
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Add meat, soup, milk, salt and pepper to noodles.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
