Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
- butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Cut meat in 1/2 x 2-inch pieces and brown.
- Cook ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Then add broth and stir flour into skillet to make gravy.
- Stir cream into meat.
- Cook for 45 minutes before serving.
