Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Round Steak
  • 2 whole White Onions, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cubes Beef Bouillon Dissolved In 2 Cups Hot Water
  • 1/4 pounds Fresh Mushrooms, Button
  • 1/2 pints Sour Cream
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Cut steak into strips.
  • Brown onions & meat in oil.
  • Mix flour into the meat mixture until it starts to thicken.
  • Add the beef bouillon/water mix.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and salt & pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add sour cream.
  • Serve with egg noodles.
