Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 3 1/2 lb. pork spareribs
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Coat ribs with flour.
- Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper.
- Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in pan, baste ribs with sauce.
- Bake ribs for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
