Ingredients

  • 1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 x (8-oz) package elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. minced green or possibly sweet red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion

Method

  • In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper till smooth.
  • Add in macaroni, celery, bell pepper and onion; toss to coat well.
  • Cover, chill.
