Ingredients
- 4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour or 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 deep dish pie shells
Method
- Cover bottom of pie shell with half of the berries.
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Pour half of the flour mixture over the berries in the shell.
- Add the remaining berries and the rest of the sugar mixture.
- Then dot with the margarine.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cover with the other pie shell.
- Slit the top crust with a knife before placing in the oven.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
