Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can bean sprouts, drained
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
Method
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package.
- Cool.
- Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Stir in Rice-A-Roni, bean sprouts and onion.
- Drop mix by 1/2 cupful onto greased griddle.
- Brown on each side.
