Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean bottom round sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chives oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl mix coating all put into a ziploc bag set in a refrigerator for an hour soak your skewers in water
- Tread the meat onto a skewer and grill on the grill till it your doneness
