Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 5 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. good bourbon
- 1/2 block paraffin (melt in small amounts, 2 lb. to 8 oz. chocolate coating)
- 3 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 lb. chocolate summer coating or 2 (16 oz.) bags real chocolate chips
Method
- Pour bourbon over chopped nuts; toss to coat.
- Blend well at room temperature the butter, powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Knead.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Chill firmly and have cool for dipping.
