Ingredients
- 1 lrg Radish, peeled Water
- 1 Tbsp. Miso
- 1 sm Chilli
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar Coriander leaves
Method
- Peel and slice the radish.
- Simmer in water till soft.
- Stir in sliced chilli, miso and sugar and cook for a further 5 min.
- Serve in bowls scattered with coriander or possibly shredded nori.
