Ingredients
- One rakj of lamb
- 1cup Hennessey
- 2spoones of olive table

- chiped mushrooms and Rosemary use the ajhou from the lamb to start ur sauce add butter and simmer slowley bring to a simmer and add Hennessey mushrooms and a little pepper add to lamb chops and server
- asperigus with butter and little garlic
Method
- Drizzle sauce on top of lamb
- put under broiler and let cricp a little
- remove and serve with garlic mashed
- and enjoy
