Ingredients

  • One rakj of lamb
  • 1cup Hennessey
  • 2spoones of olive table
  • brased untill brown or to ur liking med rear or well then put in oven
  • chiped mushrooms and Rosemary use the ajhou from the lamb to start ur sauce add butter and simmer slowley bring to a simmer and add Hennessey mushrooms and a little pepper add to lamb chops and server
  • asperigus with butter and little garlic

Method

  • Drizzle sauce on top of lamb
  • put under broiler and let cricp a little
  • remove and serve with garlic mashed
  • and enjoy
