Ingredients

  • 24 frozen Parker House rolls
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large pkg. butterscotch pudding
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle pecans over the bottom. Evenly shake the package of pudding over the nuts.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the dry pudding. Evenly place the rolls in the pan. Cook the butter and sugar until it bubbles and pour over the rolls.
  • Put the pan in a cold oven overnight to rise.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 25 minutes. When done, turn upside down immediately on a serving dish.
