Ingredients

  • 4 each chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cola

Method

  • heat large skillet with a coating of oil on medium heat
  • place thighs in skillet and cover with a smaller skillet and weight it down with for example a brick cook for 10 minutes
  • mix sauce ingredients in a bowl on the side
  • after 10 minutes, flip thighs and cover and weight again.
  • cook for an additional 10 minutes
  • after 10 minutes drain grease and return skillet to heat
  • add sauce then cover and weight the chicken again.
  • cook for 10 minutes then flip and repeat for the other side for an additional 10 minutes
  • now chicken is ready to serve
